Perform repairs and calibrate down hole measurements tools ranging from modulator systems for data transmission to turbine systems for power management, as well as other high level electro-mechanical systems used in our down hole equipment.

Performs repairs and calibrate down hole tools by SLB (Schlumberger) specs.
Performs repairs and calibrate high level electro-mechanical systems by SLB specs.

Perform repairs and maintenance of (but not limited to): - Logging while drilling tools (communication systems). - Measurements while drilling tools (modulator/telemetry systems). - Wireline logging tools (electro-mechanical systems.)

Perform routine repair and preventative maintenance on diesel hydraulics oilfield equipment but not limited to): - Centrifugal and high pressure pumps. - Hydraulic and pneumatic systems. - Diesel engines, transmissions and fuel systems. - Generators and PTO’s. - 12/24 volt vehicle electrical systems.

Perform daily upkeep of all equipment at facility - Perform scheduled, unscheduled and preventive maintenance on all equipment. - Assist qualified Mechanical Technician with equipment repairs and upkeep. - Monitor, inspect, analyze and diagnose equipment as directed by qualified Mechanical Technician.

Perform field maintenance.
Be able to trouble shoot all equipment on location and have a plan to correct any failures.
Complete iLearn modules for each unit.
Complete any SLB course work that may be required.

Complete maintenance qualifications curricula. - Learn the intricacies of all unit systems, including diesel engines, transmissions, special equipment and shop equipment. - Gain knowledge of and apply the use of advanced equipment, tools, and mechanical devices.

Perform field maintenance.

Support field operations and maintenance. - Support the upkeep and troubleshooting of systems and complete equipment repairs. - Safely support the safe transportation of equipment as required.

Maintain up-to-date software on SLB laptops.
Ensure all maintenance performed is documented and submitted.

Use various software programs to document all repairs or changes in inventory - Record maintenance, repairs, testing procedures/results into proper computer database. - Complete work orders and update electronic inventories as required.

Focus on all safety and compliance standards within Schlumberger. - Ensure a clean and safe work environment while applying critical thinking and operational risk management principles.

QHSE Certifications at ≥ 90% completion.
